Philippine Scout Campaign Hat

Lt. Col. William Meder donated a Philippine Scout campaign hat to the Fort Sam Houston Museum. The hat belonged to his father, Captain Leland Grant Meder, a dentist, who served in the 12th Medical Regiment (PS) in the period between the World Wars. He retired in 1960 as a Colonel.
